CRaappp im doing HJ, JT, hurdles, 4x1 relay and 4x4 relay for zoness.....my legs are gonna be SOO dead next two weeks. my legs are ALready SOO sore from training and workouts already..just hope i'll do well and not get disqualified by default...lol

UGHhhh trak season is alrite.....

there's sum ups and downs..mostly downs..cuz i keep on FRIGGEN FALLING or HURTING myself...either tripping in 200m or messing up knee in hurdles by repeatedly hitting the hurdle wit my trail leg...or falling on the scrummaster...when catching a frisbee...lol but hopefully ill be on my "A game" lol when zone's and BCs come.
